On December 4, 1969, the Chicago police murdered Black Panthers Fred Hampton and Mark Clark. Our office brought a successful lawsuit on behalf of their families, suing the FBI, CPD, and the Cook Cook State’s Attorney for conspiring to commit this political assassination.
